Life is simply hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be tough to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I seriously love the flavor of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the energy I need to tackle the day.

Of course, I also know that sleep is essential. But sometimes, when you're running through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye.
